In Remission from Canine B Cell Lymphoma

Bentley is Labrador Retriever who  was diagnosed with canine B cell lymphoma when he was just 5 years old. His family noticed that he had begun lag behind on walks and found lumps under his neck. Their veterinarian told them that he suspected that Bentley had B cell lymphoma. After tests confirmed the diagnosis, Bentley’s owners were very motivated to help him have the best quality of life possible. They searched all over the US to find a sibling that could be a  potential match for a bone marrow transplant.  When no matches were found, Bentley’s veterinarian chose to go ahead and start standard chemotherapy to treat the lymphoma. Once Bentley was in remission, he was treated with adoptive T cell therapy to help fight the return of the lymphoma. Bentley has had two activated T cell infusions and remain in clinical remission for the past 16 months.
